Located between Exeter University and the city centre, the property would make an ideal 5 Bedroom student house.  The property is located within easy walking distance of the city centre, as well as a doctors' surgery, local shop and nearby pubs and restaurants. There is also easy access to Waitrose, Ladysmith School, the RD&E hospital, Exeter University and the Met Office. Mount Pleasant is well served by bus routes and Polsloe Bridge Railway Station.

Internally, the accommodation comprises an entrance porch, hallway, a gound floor bedroom, a reception rooms, a spacious kitchen, cloakroom and a large storage area on the ground floor. The first floor includes the first two double bedrooms, along with a storage cupboard, bathroom and a separate WC. Two further double bedrooms are positioned on the second floor.
