There is good access to the A30/A38 and M5 road junctions. The A30 dual carriageway being accessible by road approximately 4 miles at the Fingle Glen junction. This connects to Cornwall to the west and to the M5 motorway a few miles to the east. Though in a rural location the property is only some 3 miles out of the village of Whitestone, the cathedral and university city of Exeter is only 8 miles with its extensive range of facilities. The outskirts of the city with local facilities in St Thomas is even nearer. DIRECTIONAL NOTE From Exe Bridges roundabout in the centre of Exeter on the river, take Okehampton Street out of the city. Go over the crossroads towards Whitestone and continue into and through the village of Whitestone. After about 1 mile outside the village turn right at Heath Cross signed Crediton. Continue along the road for around 1 ? mile and turn at Hangman Corner. After ? a mile turn left into the drive for Cleave Farm just before two black bins. Continue down the drive where Cleave Farm Cottage will be found. LETTING The property is available to rent on an initial six months Assured Shorthold Tenancy with the option to renew or extend subject to agreement.
