SITUATION Canterbury Green Farm is situated close to Woodbury Common, which is within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), a wonderful location for walking, cycling and horse riding. Access to the Common can be gained via the lane at the end of the property. Woodbury Park Golf Club is within a mile whilst the coastal resorts of Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton are both about 7 miles. The villages of Woodbury (2 miles) and West Hill (3 miles) provide day-to-day facilities. The cathedral and university city of Exeter is some 9 miles providing a wealth of facilities befitting a centre of its importance with its international airport to the east of the city. In addition, to the east of the property is a further level field of 1.6 acres that current and previous owners have rented from Clinton Devon Estates for many years. SERVICES Mains electricity. Metered mains water. Private drainage. Electric heating; part night storage heaters and part with modern Ducasa controllable wall mounted heaters. The cottage and mobile home have electric heating. DIRECTIONS From junction 30 of the M5 motorway, proceed east on the A3052 towards Sidmouth. After 6 miles turn right at The Halfway Inn signposted Exmouth, on the B3180.
