DIRECTIONS

From the A38 southbound at Exeter, take the exit for Kennford just before the split between Torquay and Plymouth roads, and by the Gissons Arms. Turn right at the junction and proceed right and across the fly over. Take the left turn after 0.1 miles and before the slip road on to the A38 north bound, continue along this road for approximately 1.4 miles. The property will be on your right sign posted Holloway Barton Farm.

SERVICES

Mains electricity, spring water & sewerage. Water and sewerage is included in the rent. The property is very well insulated and heated by modern night storage heaters.

TERMS

Our client will consider the grant of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for a minimum term of six months at a rental of £875 per calendar month, payable monthly in advance by standing order. The ingoing tenant is to be fully responsible for all other charges for Council Tax and other services, and to ensure they have adequate insurance for their personal effects and accidental damage. The tenant will be responsible for a contribution towards the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement and status enquiries in the sum of £150 plus VAT for the first applicant and £50 plus VAT for a second applicant.

STANDARD DEPOSIT
