Fully enclosed & private position, double garage, gardens with great links to Crediton, Exeter & the A30.

This stunning house is superbly situated in the beautiful rural village of Yeoford, in a private and secluded position, bordered by trees and a double gated entrance into a brick paved parking area.

Yeoford benefits from a lovely country pub and great transport links with a railway station on the Tarka line and good access to the A30, Exeter and Crediton. Hazel Bank has been built to a very high standard using top quality materials. The magnificent kitchen for example has been hand-made using Oak with polished Granite worktops & Travertine floor tiles, complete with under-floor heating and many built in appliances.

Two other rooms that will surely grab your attention are the living room, including a large inglenook style fireplace with wood-burner and the master bedroom, with en-suite Jacuzzi bath/shower room and dressing room. There are four further double bedrooms on the first floor (a second with dressing room and en-suite), plus the family bathroom. The Oak staircase continues up to the second floor with two further double bedrooms, currently used as a gym and a games room, there is also a well fitted WC to the second floor.

There are level lawned gardens to 3 sides plus a raised decking area which is well established and well finished. There is a covered hot tub area (hot tub available by separate negotiation) and the tree lined boundary provides much seclusion and security for the gardens. There is also an ample parking area, which is large enough for a caravan/boat plus a no. of cars on the drive or in the over-sized double garage which has underfloor heating!

To get a real feel for the proportions and standard to which this property has been built, we highly recommend an internal inspection.
