Fernworthy Gardens is ideally situated in the heart of the village. It s a large but quiet cul de sac development, safe and popular with families. The houses are a combination of 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed homes, many of which have been extended to suit owners needs. It s a short walk to the primary school, bus stops, shops and train station line to Exeter and Barnstaple , so it works well with commuters too.

DIRECTIONS ? From Crediton High Street, head west towards Copplestone. As you pass through the village turn right at the stone cross before reaching the lights and then immediately right again into Bewsley Hill. After approx. 100m turn right into Fernworthy Park and first left into Fernworthy Gardens. The property will be found on the right.

COPPLESTONE is a 5 minute drive west of Crediton on the A377, a main route into the City of Exeter. A stone s throw to the southwest is Dartmoor National Park, renowned for its invigorating walks and sublime scenery. Previously a traditional farming hamlet, Copplestone has grown over the years, and now offers a fantastic selection of new build, fully modern homes.
