"A deceptively spacious detached bungalow, found on the edge of this lovely village and enjoying level access into and around the accommodation, plus central heating, double glazing & BT Infinity. Outside there is a south facing gardens, an attached garage and ample parking.Hillside is a detached bungalow, beautifully situated on the edge of this lovely village enjoying a rural feel, yet just 0.3 miles from the local foody pub! This eastern edge gives good access into Exeter or through Thorverton and Tiverton onto the M5.

The deceptively spacious accommodation includes 3 or 4 bedrooms, including a particularly large master (currently used as 4 beds, with the 3rd bedroom split into 2, but this could easily be returned to 3 double bedrooms if desired).
