Crediton is a market town set in a steep sided valley meaning that many properties aren t an easy walk to the town centre. This bungalow breaks the mould and is a rare find, set just off the old market square tucked away in a quiet position offering a great opportunity to be in the heart of this bustling and active town. With a generous plot and south facing gardens, the property has been well maintained and is ready to welcome its new owner.

The kitchen has light oak units with space for undercounter fridge and freezer, the cooker is a single oven with a 4 ring gas hob and a door to the side leads out to the patio area. Next to the kitchen is a utility space that holds the washing machine and leads through to the WC with hand basin. Through a large arch the kitchen leads into the spacious dining area with plenty of light and then on into the hallway with storage cupboard.
