"This one-off architecturally designed virtually new detached family house (one of just a pair) is situated in one of Crediton's most sought after addresses, standing high and enjoying views over the town and countryside beyond.

The property was constructed to a very high standard very much with energy efficiency in mind, and is most likely one of the 'greenest' houses in Crediton. There is an air source heating system which provides underfloor central heating throughout, and solar roof thermal panels (all supplied by Nu Heat in Honiton - a market leader in renewable energy). Although it is difficult to put a figure on energy saving they believe this will reduce the energy costs by around 50%. The solar panels will provide 69% of the hot water for the year. Energy efficiency has become one of the most important attributes buyers want from a new home, according to a YouGov survey.

The accommodation is large and well proportioned, and extends to about 2300 square feet.
