"Ready to move into – this 2 bedroomed semi-detached bungalow is ready for a new owner!Located at the lower end of this Mid-Devon village, 1 Mill Lane is well positioned being within walking distance of the village amenities yet enjoying some rural views to the West .

The 2 bedroomed accommodation is fully double glazed, has electric heating plus part central heating driven by a back boiler behind the lounge fire. There is a hard standing from a previous block work garage which could be rebuilt or be incorporated into an integral extension, subject to the necessary permissions.

BOW is a parish and village on the River Yeo approximately 8 miles from Crediton, on the road to Okehampton. A unique feature of the village is the very high raised pavement running down one side of the main street. There is an inn, an excellent primary school, village hall and Co-op mini supermarket.

DIRECTIONS Entering Bow from Crediton on the A3072, proceed through the village passing The White Hart on your right. After approximately 200m, Mill Lane will be found on your left, immediately after the last row of terraced cottages before leaving the village.
