"An imposing and truly unique family town property with level gardens, ample parking, flexible accommodation including a 2 bedroom self-contained annexe and 4 further bedrooms! Believed to date back to the 1840's, Greystones is an imposing town residence set within its own level gardens, yet with the towns amenities being within easy reach. It is quite unique from any other property in the town with the stone façade and grand proportions being reflected internally with 9' high ceilings and tall skirting boards representing some of the architectural characteristics of the early Victorian era. The accommodation is presented in good order throughout and many original features remain with some lovely sash windows and fireplaces yet the property has been sympathetically updated over time with gas fired central heating, modern bathroom suites and the creation of a self-contained annexe. The annexe has a multitude of uses and could be used to generate an income as a letting unit or would be ideal for those with dependant relatives as it is totally self-contained with separately metered utilities and its own entrance. The current owners have used it as extra bedrooms and office space. Outside, the property is set well back from the road by its lawned front garden and a drive through garage gives vehicular access to further parking, a garage plus a double car-port with ideal space for storage of caravan/boat etc. The enclosed rear garden is level and with areas of lawn, vegetable plots and extends to approx. 120'.
