SITUATION Every Hill is situated in the East Devon village of Colyford, which boasts a thriving local community with facilities including two pubs, restaurant, post office and general store/ butchers, parish church and village hall. An historic tramway runs along the stunning Axe Estuary, which links both Colyford and Colyton to nearby Victorian seaside resort of Seaton. Colyford is approximately a 45 minute drive to the cathedral City of Exeter and the M5 Motorway. The ancient town of Colyton is about a mile with excellent local facilities and the well regarded Colyton Gammer school just a short walk away. Axminster is a further 5 miles inland with main line rail services to London waterloo and Exeter. There are also main line rail services from Taunton to London Paddington. There are excellent golf courses at Seaton, Lyme Regis, Honiton and Woodbury as well as sailing at the Axe sailing club, Seaton and the Beer sailing club.
