"A Woolaway bungalow situated in the centre of this popular village and positioned in the centre of a generous size plot extending to nearly 6,000sqft with far reaching views to the rear and across to the local Church at the front.

Directions
From Okehampton take the B3215 road towards Crediton and continue for about 4 miles to Belstone Corner where you turn left signposted "Sampford Courtney". Proceed for 1 mile to Sampford Cross and turn right. Take the next left at Greenhill Cross and then almost immediately left (Culme Cross) signposted "Winkleigh". Remain on this road for about 4 miles until you get to a T junction. Turn left and then almost immediately right towards Wembworthy. Follow this road and signs into the village. The property will be found opposite the Church.

Location
Wembworthy is a beautiful village with a population of around 200 people. There is one Church, St. Michael and All Angels and a Methodist Chapel of worship. Within the village a playing field can be found, as well as a village hall and The Lymington Arms which won the North Devon Good Food award in 2002. The Tarka railway can be accessed from Eggesford station (just 2 miles away) which links Barnstaple and Exeter.
