SITUATION & DESCRIPTION

Croppins Close is a small cul-de-sac located on the edge of Buckfastleigh and close to the A38. Constructed within the last 10 years, this house is ideal for first time buyers and features an open plan kitchen/living room and delightful, spiral staircase. There is a level lawn at the rear of the property and parking.

The centre of the small town of Buckfastleigh is about 300 yards away where there are good local shops and facilities to suit most needs. Access to the A38 Expressway, which links Plymouth and Exeter to the motorway network, is approximately a quarter of a mile away.

To locate the property from the Dartbridge access of the A38, follow the signposts to Buckfastleigh. After approximately 200 yards, turn left at the mini roundabout towards the steam railway. The entrance to Croppins Close will be found approximately 100 yards past the entrance to the steam railway on the left hand side, just past the Jet garage.
