Number 2 Kingsacre, 'Dunes View' is set on a good sized, corner plot with front and back gardens and simply stunning views over the Dunes - the sunsets, even in winter are a joy to behold. The property is cleverly positioned so that it gets day round sunshine, yet remains surprising cool and airy even in the height of summer. Furthermore, it is located on the 'right' side of Braunton, meaning you have easy reach of the popular surfing beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough without having to drive through the village to get there.

This spacious, detached bungalow represents an ideal opportunity to purchase a property with a light and open feel, which has been modernised and well maintained, yet possesses the potential to be further developed. It also has the added benefit of space to be extended (subject to necessary consents) if required.

The renowned Tarka trail can be accessed from the village and this follows the Taw and Torridge estuaries. Close by is the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Braunton Burrows, the largest sand dune system in the UK as are the glorious sandy beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough Bays. Saunton Golf Club is near by and with its renowned championship East and West Courses - links golf at its finest - it is a test for even the most experienced golfer.
From the main set of traffic lights in Braunton, turn left onto Caen Street. Continue through the village and take the right hand turning into Kingsacre and number 2, 'Dunes View' is the first property on your right.
