"The front doors open into the entrance porch with Victorian tiled floor and storage/coat cupboards to either side. An inner door opens into the dining hall with recently fitted natural slate floor with underfloor heating and a woodburner with exposed flue. The kitchen is fitted with ample units and working surface, space for tall fridge freezer, one and a half bowl stainless steel sink unit, two steps lead up to a separate utility room with extra cupboards, working surface, sink and space and plumbing for washing machine. An inner hall with Victorian tiled floor to the rear of the property leads to a small cellar which houses the boiler sytem. Off the dining hall are two double bedrooms and the bathroom. Both bedrooms enjoy ample light from the large windows and are newly carpeted. The luxury bathroom has natural slate tiled floor, freestanding double ended bath with central taps, corner shower cubicle, low level w.c. and mounted round glass sink. To the first floor is the lounge area with galleried mezzanine allowing a seating area under the impressive stained glass rose windows. The lounge has exposed brickwork, stained glass windows and huge original beams. A door leads into the Master bedroom with striking original bricked archway and stained glass windows. To one side is a shower room and to the other is a cloakroom with low level w.c. and glass sink. Opposite the Chapel is an area of garden laid to lawn along with parking and a detached garage."
