SITUATION AND AMENITIES Bratton Fleming is a large village centred along one street, which climbs up the foothills of Exmoor. The village offers a local shop, pub, primary school and sports club. More extensive shopping facilities and amenities are available at the regional centre of Barnstaple, about 8 miles, where the North Devon Link Road leads onto Tiverton and the M5. DESCRIPTION This former Methodist Chapel dates from 1854, but was skilfully converted in 2008, into a highly individual architect designed residence which exudes flair and taste.
