Go straight ahead at the island onto Springfield Road and follow to the top , turning left into Limetree Ave, past the Hillcrest Chip Shop. Take the next right into Springwood Farm Road and then right into The Tythe where the property is situated at the beginning of the cul-de-sac, on the left hand side, easily identified by our Newton Fallowell For Sale board.
