DESCRIPTION - GROUND FLOOR

DESCRIPTION - FIRST & SECOND FLOOR
The stairs from the hall lead to the first floor gallery landing and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is located to the front, as is bedroom three, with bedroom two, a double, overlooking the garden. From the first floor landing stairs lead up to the second floor and the remaining bedrooms. Bedroom four is a double to the rear, with bedroom five, an 'L' shaped single situated to the front with a Velux style skylight, as does the study, which is also located to the front of the house.

OUTSIDE
To the front the house has a walled fore garden with a shared side entry leading to a door. To the rear, there's a large decked area with steps down to a good sized lawned garden.

DIRECTIONS
From our Swadlincote office, turn right onto Civic Way and proceed to the island at Church Street, taking the first left onto Church Street. Continue onto Midway Road, turning right into Eureka Road, just after the pond. Take the next left onto James Street where the property is situated on the left hand side, as identified by our Newton Fallowell For Sale board.
