OUTSIDE

From our Swadlincote office turn left into Civic Way, taking the first exit at the Sainsburys island on to Hearthcote Road. Continue all the way along Hearthcote road, past The Catchems public house to the new traffic island at Swadlincote Lane, taking the second exit onto Swadlincote Lane. Follow the road to the next island , take the 1st exit onto Luton Road. Turn left onto Newman Drive and follow the road around where the property can be found on the right hand side, as identified by our Newton Fallowell For Sale Board.
