Stairs To First Floor Landing Carpeted stairs with a handrail on the left lead up to the landing. At this level there are two ceiling light fittings, space for storage and stripped pine doors with iron latches to Bedroom One and the bathroom. Stairs continue up to the top floor.

Bedroom One 3.65 x 3.65 11 11" x 11 11" Immediately upon walking into this room you are struck by the tremendous far reaching views through the deep window in front. This is another room with thick curved white walls and high ceiling. The pine veneer floor and light flooding in through the window all contribute to a bright and airy feel. The room has a fitted triple full height wardrobe and large walk in wardrobe, leaving plenty of space for a double or king size bed and additional furniture. The room also has a radiator and ceiling light fitting.

Bathroom 3.7 x 2.15 12 1" x 7 0" Absolutely gorgeous! The quality feel is enhanced by the large window with fitted wooden shutters and the porcelain tiled floor. The room also includes a tall vertical heated towel rail, recessed ceiling spotlights and a Vent Axia extractor fan.

Bedroom Two 5.4 x 3.6 17 8" x 11 9" Ascending from the middle floor, you alight upon a galleried entrance to this carpeted bedroom. The Velux window offers 180 degree views over the village and out to countryside for many miles around, including to Crich Stand in the east. The room has a vaulted ceiling with recessed ceiling spotlights, radiator, lots of eaves storage and exposed roof trusses. There is plenty of room for a bed and furniture.

Garden Room 2.9 x 2.25 9 6" x 7 4" The views from here are out of this world and you can sit inside or out. This versatile room is currently used as a dedicated music room and would also make a fantastic home office not that you d get much work done! , artist s studio or simply a relaxing garden room in which to read, relax, meditate and enjoy the views. The room has double doors and lots of full height windows with fitted blinds, pine walls and a light oak effect laminate floor.
