"This immaculate stone built cottage has been significantly extended by the current owners to a very high standard. With extensive living space, a balcony terrace with wonderful far reaching views, new kitchen, new bathroom and new main bedroom, this is an elegant and stylish home.
Located on a very quiet lane which is accessed only by this property and the one next door, there is parking beside the home for two vehicles. We adore the beautiful tiered gardens, with lots of seating areas offering differing vantage points from which to enjoy the views.
On the ground floor, an entrance porch leads through to the shiny new breakfast kitchen and on through to a sun room with balcony off , sitting room and dining area. To the first floor are two spacious double bedrooms and a family bathroom, with a versatile, light and airy loft room accessed via a sturdy pull down ladder. Underneath the balcony and accessed from the garden is a huge undercroft which is currently used as a utility room store room and has a WC.

The Peak District, Matlock, Cromford, Carsington Water and the High Peak Trail are very close by.
