"Grant's of Derbyshire are delighted to offer For Sale this two bedroom semi detached property situated in a sought after location. Occupying a central position within the historic town of Wirksworth and well placed for easy access to local facilities, schools, medical centre and leisure centre. Built 30 years ago the accommodation on offer briefly comprises entrance hall, guest cloakroom, dining kitchen, lounge, two double bedrooms and shower room. Outside are gardens, a detached single garage and off street parking for up to three vehicles. The property is partially double glazed and the electric heating system was installed in June 2015. No upward chain.

Ground Floor The solid entrance door beneath the storm porch provides access to the Entrance Hall With doors opening to the downstairs rooms and staircase leading up to the first floor.
