This property offers two double bedrooms and family bathroom on the first floor and kitchen and sitting room on the ground floor. There is a fully enclosed garden to the rear and off-road parking for two/three vehicles. The property benefits from uPVC double glazing throughout. Employed only. Non smokers. One small pet with permission. Available now.

Ground Floor The property is entered via the part glazed uPVC door beneath the storm porch which leads into the Entrance Hall With hooks for hanging coats, stairs lead up to the first floor and a door to the right opens into the Kitchen 12'7 x 12'3 max (3.84m x 3.73m max) With wooden flooring and a window to the front aspect, this room benefits from a range of wall and base units, work surfaces within which there is a one and half bowl sink unit.
