"Located just half a mile from the centre of Matlock, this three bedroom, stone built, semi detached Victorian home is being offered for sale. As a result of a change of circumstances, the property has only been part modernised by the current owners and does require an element of finishing off. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and comprises of; Lounge, Sitting Room, Stylish Refitted Kitchen, Bathroom and three bedrooms. To the rear there is a patio with lawned garden with superb south westerly views. No Upward Chain.

First Floor The property is accessed via the small foregarden which is enclosed by ornate wrought iron railing and gate. A part glazed, hardwood door leads into the Sitting Room 12'4 x 11'6 (3.76m x 3.51m) This room requires finishing off. There is first fix electrical cabling and a newly installed consumer unit. A door leads to, Bedroom Three 11'7 x 8'8 Max (3.53m x 2.64m Max) With delightful views to the rear aspect Bathroom 8'1 x 5'5 (2.46m x 1.65m) Fully tiled and with a white suite comprising of panelled bath with shower over, low flush WC and pedestal sink.
