Two Dales The village of Two Dales (or Toad Holes as it was originally known), lies three miles north of Matlock and is a friendly community with shops, post office, a garage, a doctor's surgery, a chemist and a popular pub serving real ales and food. With easy access to the A6 and the Peak District, and superb walking on the doorstep, Two Dales is well worth a visit. 22 Porteous Close This home is situated towards the end of a quiet cul de sac in Two Dales, and is in need of some modernisation and redecoration. Construction is brick and tile, and there is dark wood effect UPVC double glazing and gas central heating throughout. Space and plumbing for a gas cooker and washing machine, space for fridge freezer. Wall mounted gas boiler. Directions From the A6 north of Matlock, turn towards Chesterfield on the B5057. Take the second left turn onto Park Lane, and then the third right into Porteous Close.
