"A beautifully presented and deceptively spacious three double bedroom home in a popular and convenient location. The property offers generous accommodation including a lounge extending to over 7 metres in length, separate dining room and three generous bedrooms. The living space is complimented by modern and contemporary fittings including attractive kitchen and recently upgraded four piece bathroom suite. This excellent family home also benefits from a large attached garage, plenty of off road parking and larger than average, enclosed garden to the rear.
Located in a hugely popular area of the town, the property is only a short walk to the High School in one direction and the train station, which is on the Buxton to Manchester Line , in the other direction. The town centre is also easily accessible along with the 199 bus stops.

In a little more detail, the accommodation on offer comprises an entrance porch opening into the hallway with staircase leading to the first floor. The lounge is a spacious room and has double glazed windows to the front and rear elevations and gas fire in fireplace. Chapel en le Frith, known as The Capital of the Peak nestles in an upland valley in the High Peak and is surrounded by dramatic landscape of gritstone ridges and shapely hills. The town takes its name from a small chapel built in 1225 by the keepers of the Royal Forest that is now the Church of St Thomas Becket, where 1,500 Scottish soldiers were imprisoned during the Civil War. The historic town centre also features a traditional marketplace which still has its original renowned stocks which the local cafe takes its name.
