"Offered by joint agency with Caudwell & Co, an attractive converted Grade II listed farmhouse of stone construction under a stone slate roof which has been skilfully restored and renovated by our clients to provide an excellent family home with the benefits of a separate holiday cottage, stables and land extending to approximately 3.2 acres. A carved stone doorway with oak front door leads into a generous reception hall situated in the oldest part of the house, also in this area are the drawing room opening onto a glazed garden room, the dining room and a study on the ground floor with a staircase to the first floor with the master bedroom and en suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
