"EXCELLENT POTENTIAL...Located in Bolsover is this two bedroom semi detached property that has access to commuter routes and is conveniently located amongst a host of local amenities. The ground floor comprises a lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room and internal storage. To the second floor are two good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. To the front of the property there is gated access and a driveway with detached garage. There is an enclosed private garden to the rear.
