Tibshelf is a popular village with local amenities to include shops, public houses, local schools and good access to the Five Pits Trail. Further amenities can be found in nearby Alfreton and Chesterfield where there are bus and train stations as well as good road access to the A38 and the M1 motorway via junctions 28 and 29.

Ideally located with access to the Five Pits Trail, this nicely presented bungalow is situated in a cul de sac position. The front of the property offers parking for a number of vehicles and has gated access to the rear of the property with garage, pebbled areas and decking. Internally, the entrance hall gives access to the lounge/diner with a side window and sliding patio doors to the conservatory which in turn has French doors to the rear garden. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with work tops over incorporating a sink and drainer unit with mixer tap and plumbing for washing machine. There are two bedrooms with the master having a bay window, built in wardrobes and cabinets. At the end of the road turn right onto Doe Hill Lane and then right onto Staffa Drive. Continue to follow this road round and then turn right onto Tiree Close. Continue onto Tiree Close where the property can be found in the cul de sac on the right hand side.
