The property is located in a cul-de-sac, within the popular residential area of Stainburn. Stainburn is approximately one mile from Workington town centre, where a wide range of shops, schools and amenities can be found. There is a bus service from Stainburn Road into the town of Workington or to the town of Cockermouth.

This beautifully presented five bedroom detached family home benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. The property has a block paved driveway to the front providing off road parking and access to the front door, which opens into a small entrance porch with an internal door opening into a large entrance hall which has polished wood flooring, a storage cupboard to one wall and stairs to the first floor. Off the entrance hall, there is a door into the sitting room and into the main lounge which opens into the dining room with double glazed french doors. There is also a family room which has a coal effect gas fire set within a marble effect surround and double glazed patio doors overlooking the rear garden. Downstairs also has a bathroom which has a suite comprising WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over. There is also a spacious kitchen/diner which has been fitted with a range of white wall and base units, with contrasting work-surfaces over, incorporating a one and half bowl sink unit with mixer tap, a built in gas hob and electric oven, plumbing for a dishwasher and plumbing for a washing machine. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a bedroom which is currently being used as a study. To the first floor, there are four bedrooms and the family bathroom which has a suite comprising WC, vanity wash hand basin, bidet and bath, as well as a storage cupboard. The master bedroom has built in wardrobes, a dressing table, drawers and two double glazed skylight windows. Externally, there is an integral garage which can be accessed from the sitting room and has an electric up and over door (not tested), power and light.
