"This is a delightful well maintained two/three bedroomed semi detached bungalow situation in the popular town of Aspatria. The property is in excellent condition with good quality carpets and neutral decor. It has a fabulous kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area with patio doors leading to the rear. There is a small room to the rear which could be used as a third bedroom or study. Gas central heating and double glazing are installed, there are gardens to front and rear, ample parking to the drive and a useful garden store. All in all a fabulous property ideally suited to a professional couple.

DIRECTIONS On entering Aspatria from the Cockermouth direction (Station Road) proceed over the main road into Outgang Road (to the left of the petrol station) and 23 can be found on the left hand side.
