BEDROOM: Double in size, double glazed window, electric heater, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables.
BATHROOM: W.C, wash hand basin, double glazed window, bath with over head shower, storage heater. EXTERNALLY There is a designated parking space available with this property. FACILITIES Heating is by way of electric heating. THE RENT The rent is paid on a calendar monthly basis, in advance, and excludes all charges for Services, Council Tax etc. CONTENTS INSURANCE It is a condition of your tenancy that you obtain Contents Insurance for your possessions throughout the duration of your occupation of the property.
