A stunning two bedroom, fully furnished park home in the pretty village of St Bees, a stones throw away from the beach. The property comprises open plan lounge, kitchen, diner and has everything you need including crockery, cutlery and TV. There is a range cooker, integrated microwave and fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms; the smaller of the two having twin beds, and the larger having a double bed. Both bedrooms have walk in wardrobes, and the master has an ensuite shower room. There is also a bathroom complete with bath and shower over bath. Exterior there is plenty of decking space, and space for a car. Gas to the property is from cylinder tanks. There is also mains electricity and water, which is invoiced on a monthly basis by the landlord, based on usage. Sorry no smokers, children or pets. Viewing is highly recommended."
