"A superb spacious barn conversion in a pleasant rural location with an adjacent barn. This property affords a delightful elevated position with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
Set just on the outskirts of the Town of Sedber. There is ample private parking to the front of the property, south facing patio area with summer house and a feature pond.
Internally the converted barn comprises of an entrance hall with access into a spacious utility room with plumbing for a washing machine and plenty of storage space. Steps lead up into the first reception room, which has dual aspect and feature stove fire place set on a flagged hearth with tiled surround.
The properties layout is over many split levels, providing a very spacious feel throughout. The first double bedroom is located on the ground floor, with built in wardrobes and window to the rear garden. The kitchen and conservatory are located on the next level. The conservatory is a bright, good size room with lovely views across the surrounding field and has double doors to the enclosed rear garden. The kitchen has been recently upgraded, to include a range of wall and base wooden cream units, a double Belfast sink with complimentary black granite worktop and wooden worktop.
