"A good sized semi detached house located on Havera, walking distance from the Main Street of Sedbergh and close to the new Spar and Health Centre complex. This property is in a elevated position within the Town, therefore affords lovely views of the Howgill fells and Middleton fells. Externally there is off road private parking for two cars to the front of the house. The rear garden has a raised patio area with space for a shed. The garden is South facing looking out over the fells. This is a well presented property which has been extended both front and back, creating a spacious home throughout. Internally there is a kitchen dining room with fitted electric 4 ring hob, electric oven, sink with drainer and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area leads into the lounge. This is a good sized room with sliding doors out onto the patio and gas fire place. The bathroom is on the ground floor with W.C, wash hand basin and a bath with shower over. There is access to the garden from the rear hall, which also has a fitted storage cupboard. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms to the front of the house have views of Winder and the one to the rear has a southerly aspect overlooking the garden. This property does have a local occupancy restriction on it. Occupants must have lived or worked in Cumbria for the last 3 years. A nicely presented house not to be missed by the local market."
