The property is situated on the outskirts of the village of Gosforth on the Wasdale Road which is within the Lake District National Park. There are good road links to the commercial areas of west Cumbria.

Our View

To the lower ground floor there is a hall with radiator that leads onto a lounge with a fire surround and a double glazed window. The utility area area has wall and base units incorporating a single drainer sink and radiator together with an access door to the quadruple garage. There is also a bedroom with a double glazed window, wash hand basin and a radiator. A shower room completes the accommodation and has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc, heated towel rail, double glazed window and a radiator. Externally there is a driveway leading to a quadruple garage which has power. Gardens to the front and side are landscaped. In addition the property is being offered for sale with no onward chain. Directions

Head along the A595 travelling south and take a left hand turning into the village of Gosforth, just before Seascale. Proceed into the village and travel along the main street and where the road forks take the left hand turning and continue for approximately 0.25 miles where you will travel through Gosforth to Wellington. Walkmilll House is situated on the left hand side just at the end of Walkmill Close displaying a sign in the garden which states the name of the house and a Your Move for sale board.
