"The village of Clifton is just 3 miles south of Penrith between the Lake District National Park and Lowther Valley, 15 Fairview Gardens is a spacious end of terrace cottage with accommodation comprising; porch, living room, dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and a first floor bathroom. Outside there is a small garden to the front and rear and an off road parking space. Whilst this comfortable house is generally well maintained it would benefit from some updating, however, the majority of the windows are uPVC double glazed and there is central heating via a condensing combi boiler.

Location From the centre of Penrith, head South on the A6, drive through Eamont Bridge to Clifton. Drive into the heart of the village and opposite the school, turn left into Fairview Gardens.
