"INTRODUCTION Situated in a picturesque hamlet this three bedroom family home, will be of interest to those looking for a home to create to their own specifications. On a sizeable plot with level front and rear gardens and outlooks across parkland and fields, this is a home to be viewed immediately to appreciate all that it has to offer. 

ACCOMMODATION Nestled within a picturesque hamlet, this three bedroom family home, will appeal to those looking for a property away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The front porch provides useful storage for plants, wellies and logs and opens into the hallway, where there is hanging for cloaks and stairs leading up to first floor level.
The lounge is a spacious reception room and has outlooks across into parkland. There is currently an electric fire set within the slate hearth and surround, but there is an open fire behind for cosy winter days. Glazed, double doors open into a useful conservatory which allows views into the rear garden with a southerly aspect, and the fields over the hedge.
