On the edge of a rural hamlet, approximately half a mile from Bootle beach at Marshside, this four bedroom bungalow is set back from the lane side, on a surprisingly large plot with garden space to each side and a long rear garden incorporating lawn and woodland. With LPG central heating and double glazed windows and doors, the bungalow would benefit from general decorative updating and garden management, but overall offers a home with parking for several vehicles, good open sized living space and farmland to three sides. The accommodation comprises central entrance hall, with the lounge to one side featuring a square bay window overlooking the front garden. The lounge leads into the rear kitchen/breakfast room, which has a range of fitted units, an inset sink overlooking the rear garden and an inset ceramic hob with oven and extractor, plus matching peninsula breakfast table. An exit door to the side enters an open porch with a store cupboard to one side and built on conservatory style porch with a door onto the driveway area. A second internal door leads from the kitchen back into the hallway, where the shower room and separate WC are conveniently placed. The four bedrooms are off the internal hallway, two to the front and two to the rear of the property, all with good outlook over the gardens. Outside, a long gated driveway from the lane side leads to a dilapidated garage with parking space to the front and side.
