Our View

This beautifully presented, former show home offers spacious family sized accommodation and benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. The property has been arranged over two floors and comprises to the ground floor an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and a door opening into the downstairs bedroom. Also off the entrance hall is a door opening into the lounge, which has an electric fire, wood effect flooring and double doors opening into the separate dining room which has double glazed French doors and wood effect flooring. The kitchen has been fitted with a range of modern wall and base units with contrasting work surfaces incorporating a 1.5 bowl sink unit with mixer tap, a built in electric oven and gas hob with chimney style extractor fan over and an integral dishwasher. There is also a separate utility room which has base units and an integral washing machine, as well as a cloakroom which has a w.c and hand wash basin. To the first floor there are three bedrooms, with the master having built in wardrobes to one wall and an en suite with w.c, hand wash basin and a shower cubicle. The internal accommodation is completed by the family bathroom, which has attractive tiling to the walls and floor and is fitted with a suite comprising a w.c, hand wash basin and bath. To the front of the property there is a driveway, providing off road parking for two cars, whilst to the rear of the property there is a lawned garden. From Workington town center, head out of the town and down Hall Park View. Continue past the Police Station and over the bridge until reaching a mini roundabout. Take a right hand turn here signposted Seaton and continue along the main road, leaving the village. Continue for approximately 2 miles, where you will reach Broughton Moor. Continue along the main street until reaching the cross roads and take a left hand turn. Go down this road and take the first left into Meadowlands where the property can be found on the left hand side.
