DIRECTIONS From Cockermouth take the A66 towards Keswick take the left turn before the dual carriageway signposted Castle Inn. Travel along the road into the village, at the crossroads by Green Farm go straight across passed the village green and The Old Reading Rooms is situated on the left hand side on your way back out of the village. THE RENT The rent is paid on a calendar monthly basis, in advance, and excludes all charges for services, Council Tax etc. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A deposit will be paid by the tenant, prior to the commencement of the tenancy, equivalent to a six weeks rent which will be returned at the end of the tenancy providing there is no damage, the Inventory is correct and there are no rent arrears.
