"INTRODUCTION An ideal first time buy or those looking to downsize, this two bedroom property is in an excellent location and has the benefit of off road parking. Requiring some cosmetic updating, the property is gas centrally heated and has UPVC double glazing. The lounge/diner has patio doors leading to a courtyard style garden and there are two double bedrooms to the first floor. Set on a cul de sac with good access to Oxenholme Station, an internal viewing is highly recommended.
