"INTRODUCTION We are delighted to be offering for sale this spacious, stone built, semi detached house. Benefitting from 3 generous double bedrooms, this home has been tastefully and thoughtfully upgraded and maintained by the current owners. Situated in a sought after residential area of Kendal this property will appeal to a variety of purchasers. 

ACCOMMODATION Entrance to this family home is via a UPVC double glazed front door. Stairs lead off to the first floor level and there is a useful understairs storage cupboard.
A glazed door opens into the spacious lounge with dual aspect to the front and out into the attractively landscaped rear garden that can be accessed via the French doors. The lounge also has a coal effect gas fire with a feature timber, carved surround that provides an alternative focal point on cold wintry days. Continue along past the Netherfield cricket ground and follow the road up taking the second left into Castle Grove . LOCATION Kendal is known as the Gateway to the Lakes and is easily reached from Junction 36 and 37 of the M6 motorway. Lake Windermere is a short drive away. Kendal train station links to Windermere station and Oxenholme station services London Euston.
