"INTRODUCTION Providing accommodation over 3 floors, a rear block paved yard that can be used for off road parking and in a sought after, central, residential location, this is a property highly recommended for viewing. This home will be of particular interest to those First Time Buyers, families and buying to let.  

ACCOMMODATION This stone built period property provides spacious, flexible accommodation over 3 floors and is within minutes walk of Kendal town centre.

Steps lead upto the timber front door, which opens into the hallway and from here there are stairs upto the first floor and doors into the lounge and dining room.

The lounge has an attractive bay window with elevated views across the River Kent and still retains the picture rail and coving to the walls and ceiling.
