"INTRODUCTION We are delighted to be offering for sale this deceptively spacious traditional, stone built, mid- terrace house. It has been the subject of major upgrading by the current owner. Presented over three floors this is a stylish home presented to a high standard throughout and will appeal to those looking for a home of character within easy access of the town centre 

ACCOMMODATION The first impression of this property is one of style and individuality. Presented over three floors this is a spacious home that will appeal to a variety of purchasers. It needs to be viewed immediately in order to appreciate fully. Benefitting from gas central heating and double glazing in all but two windows.

Take the left turning into Queen Katherine Street (between Weavers Court and Lakeland Lawnmowers) and the property is to be found on the left handside. 

LOCATION Kendal is known as the Gateway to the Lakes and is located easily from junction 36 or 37 of the M6 motorway. Kendal train station links to Windermere Station and Oxenholme Station services London Euston.

A perfect location on the fringes of the town centre, a short distance from primary and secondary schools. The River Kent is nearby with Abbott Hall and Kirkland Hall just across the river for social events. Kendal Castle and Fletcher Park are also closeby for outdoor walks.
