"INTRODUCTION This stone built, mid terrace house is now in need of upgrading and will be of interest to those looking for a property from which to create a home to their own specifications. It is ideally placed for access to Kendal town and the A591 to travel north and south of the county. 

ACCOMMODATION Situated within minutes of Kendal town centre and with easy access to the A591, this traditional, mid terrace house will be of interest to a variety of purchasers who are looking to create a home to their own specifications, subject to necessary planning and building regulations.
The entrance hall has stairs leading to the first floor level, an electric night storage heater and a door to the lounge.
