ACCOMMODATION ENTRANCE HALL Double glazed door, radiator. KITCHEN Double glazed window, radiator, range of wall and base units with complementary work surfaces, electric oven, four ring gas hob, fridge freezer, washer/drier, inset stainless steel sink unit. LOUNGE Two double glazed windows, electric fire, sofa, armchair, coffee table, under stair storage cupboard. STAIRCASE & LANDING Double glazed window. BEDROOM ONE Double in size, double bed, double glazed window, radiator, storage cupboard, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet. BEDROOM TWO Double in size, double bed, double glazed window, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe. BATHROOM W.C, wash hand basin, bath with overhead shower, radiator, extractor fan. EXTERNALLY There is designated off road parking for one car. FACILTIES Heating is by way of gas fired central heating with an electric fire in the lounge. DIRECTIONS Travelling through the town just off the A595 from the North entering via the roundabout the Police Station is on your left hand side. The apartment can be found further down the main street on the right hand side above the Pitstop Computer shop. THE RENT Rent is paid on a calendar monthly basis, in advance, and excludes charges for Services, Council Tax etc. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A deposit will be paid by the tenant, prior to the commencement of the tenancy, equivalent to one months rent This will be returned at the end of the tenancy providing there is no damage, the Inventory is correct and there are no rent arrears.
