"This well presented mid terrace home is situated close to the heart of the historic market town of Dalton which is known for it s locally renowned pubs and independent businesses as well as good schools and popular leisure centre. The home is spread across three floors with a large yard to the rear and has been finished in a modern yet homely manner with impressive open plan living and sociable kitchen.

This imposing three storey townhouse boasts a raised forecourt to the front with attractive bay window.

Upon entering the home you will find a good size hallway which has been neutrally decorated and provides access to the dining room and staircase. The dining and living rooms are open plan to one another creating a sociable flow with plenty of natural light. The spaces have been finished with white fainted walls, grey carpeting and grey accents.
