The three further bedrooms each have double glazed windows and radiators, with one having loft access. the bathroom/wc has a four piece suite briefly comprising roll top bath, wash hand basin, wc, shower cubicle, double glazed window, radiator and a recessed cupboard housing the hot water tank system. Externally the property has a driveway leading up to the property, a large outbuilding to the rear, extensive grounds, paddock, pond and stabling.

Heading through Cleator Moor proceed down Ennerdale Road and at the junction with Wathbrow take a right hand turn into Trumpet Road and immediate left down the hill towards Kinniside at the signpost. Continue down this road and proceed over the bridge and take the first right turn up the hill and turn right again into the drive to Rocklea.
